Become a Supplier

Suppliers
VC Materials partners with reliable manufacturers, distributors and importers to supply quality building and construction materials to trade and DIY customers across the UK.

By becoming a supplier, you gain access to our growing online shop, trade customer base and local network. We focus on long-term relationships, transparent communication and fair, sustainable pricing so that both you and our customers benefit.
We invite applications from companies that can reliably supply building and construction products, including:
  • Manufacturers of abrasives, diamond blades, cutting discs, drill bits, fixings and hand tools.
  • Distributors and importers of power & electrical site equipment, PPE and safety wear.
  • Producers and bulk suppliers of general building materials and aggregates.
  • Brands looking to expand their UK distribution through an agile, service-led partner.
  • Suppliers who can support both palletised and parcel deliveries for trade and DIY customers.
We are open to both established brands and specialist niche products where there is clear demand and a quality, compliant offer.
To protect our customers and our reputation, we look for suppliers who can consistently meet the following expectations:
  • Product quality: Robust, fit-for-purpose products suitable for trade use, with clear specifications and instructions.
  • Compliance: Products that meet relevant UK and, where applicable, EU standards and regulations, with supporting documentation available on request.
  • Pricing: Competitive, sustainable pricing that allows us to offer strong value to customers while maintaining a fair margin for both parties.
  • Availability & lead times: Reliable stock levels, realistic lead times and proactive communication about any issues or delays.
  • Service & communication: A dedicated contact, timely responses to queries, and willingness to help resolve any product or delivery issues.
  • Brand support: Where relevant, product data, images and technical information to help us present your range accurately online.
We aim to keep the process straightforward and transparent:
  1. Initial enquiry: You complete the supplier enquiry form below or contact us by email with the requested information.
  2. Preliminary review: We review your company profile, product range and fit with our current offer and customer base.
  3. Follow-up discussion: If there is a good fit, we will arrange a call to discuss commercial terms, logistics and any specific requirements.
  4. Samples and evaluation (if required): For certain product types, we may request samples for quality, performance and packaging assessment.
  5. Commercial agreement: Once both parties are satisfied, we confirm pricing, terms, service levels and any marketing support.
  6. Onboarding & setup: We set you up in our systems, prepare product listings for our online shop and agree launch timings.
Throughout the process, we will keep you informed of next steps and expected timelines.
