Our special order service is ideal when you need something specific, unusual or in larger quantities than we normally stock.

How Our Special Orders Work

We try to keep the process straightforward so you can focus on the job, not the paperwork.

Send your enquiry. Use the form on this page, email us or call with the details of what you need.
We review the details. If anything is unclear, we will contact you to confirm specifications, quantities or timings.
We speak to our suppliers. We check availability, lead times, minimum order quantities and delivered prices across our supplier network.
You receive a quotation. We send you a written quote that sets out the products, estimated lead time, price and any conditions.
You confirm and pay. Once you accept the quote and arrange payment, we place the order with our supplier.
Collection or delivery. When the goods arrive, we will contact you to arrange collection from our yard or delivery to your site.

If for any reason we cannot source what you need at a sensible price or within your timescale, we will let you know quickly and, where possible, suggest alternatives.

Lead Times, Minimums & Pricing

Lead times and prices for special orders depend on the product, supplier, quantity and how quickly you need the goods. Some items can arrive with our next regular delivery; others may need to be manufactured or imported.

We always aim to offer competitive pricing and will use our buying power to beat or match other quotes where we reasonably can. All special order quotes are subject to confirmation at the time you place the order.
